Q: When will the platform login issues be solved?
Hi I got a LTD this week and the next day I started having login issues. It looked like it was fixed for a bit there and I was able to use the chatbot function for a bit but I couldn't use Lyra 2 for music generation. Now I can't login again.
I received several emails from Qolaba welcoming me and about features; but none about the issue, why it was and when was it expected to be solved.
I purchased Qolaba with great hopes especially about custom agents and was going to recommend it to someone I thought could get a lot of use out of it but now I can't even show them the platform.
There really needs to be more communication about issues and the timelines to be fixing.

We’ve had some instability recently due to a spike in new users, and our dev team is actively working on backend fixes to make things more stable. These improvements will roll out over the next few weeks.

Wow! So this login issue has been ongoing? I just purchased it today as well with a lot of enthusiasm. I was able to login once this morning. For whatever reason, it logged off and I was not able to get back on the rest of the day! I am very sad right now!
