This is a mind-blowing shift in the use of AI, yet it is totally accessible to a 'lay person' like me. the user interface is straightforward, the upload time is great for populating the knowledge base and the videos on You Tube clearly showed some of the potential, but I look forward to seeing more user case videos and how-to guides on there as well - the biggest limitation seems to be my imagination! I'm amazed that something so incredibly 'complex' has such a manageable learning curve - it really didn't take me long at all to work out how to do what I needed to do, even though I thought it was very complicated! It's a job that literally takes me 3 days, but yesterday I spent 2 hours learning about agents, creating a script, then it produced what I need pretty much instantaneously. I am confident that I can now spend half an hour or less refining it before delivering it to a client!

I did face some issues in the first 24 hours due to a glitch with Claude when I created an Agent, and of course the team was extremely busy due to this amazing offer on AppSumo, but when the they reached out to me they resolved the issue quickly, refunded the credits that had been used erroneously and jumped on a video call with me.

Excellent customer service and speaking to a real person makes a big difference, not only in getting help with understanding the potential of such a new technology, but in getting a feel for the company. They are totally genuine, passionate people.

In previous years AppSumo has emailed me with research questions asking which software was the best I had used in the last 12 months - I have a strong suspicion this one will be right up there for 2025. I genuinely think this is the modern-day equivalent of the Industrial Revolution, so the fact that it is financially accessible to pretty much anyone is the true democratization of knowlege and opportunity.
