Worst company ever .. don´t do it !
I had a lifetime subscription with Qolaba in August and September. I was really impressed with the company. Then, to cut a long story short, various services were never fulfilled as promised: support, Discord, all those promises, this marketing talk, everything Qolaba said - never happened. The credits for Veo were massively increased after the contract was signed. Credits that I had purchased in addition arte not available anymore. Qolaba is really a totally bad company. Before canceling the contract, in addition to my Lifetime Deal, I bought 100 euros worth of credits, but I can no longer use it. It's completely limited. Really. Don't do it. Minus 5 stars !

The feedback about support, community, and promised deliverables is heard, and we truly appreciate you speaking up.Regarding the credits for Veo, the credit requirement was not increased quietly after signing, these changes were already communicated clearly and publicly updated on AppSumo as well.
As for the additional credits you purchased, the flow you're seeing isn’t unique to us. Across SaaS platforms, credits can only be used when there is an active paid plan. When a subscription is canceled, the account simply moves back to the free tier, and any top-up credits stay safely stored in your credit bank. They are not removed, and can be used again when the subscription is activated. Since your lifetime deal was refunded, the same system logic applies to your account as well.
