Could be 5 stars easily!
I've tried many ATS' and chose Breezy HR as my latest recruiting software. I signed us up early with Breezy and though they weren't as full featured at the time, we were grandfathered in on their old plan (free for up to 3 positions and $49/month for up to 5 positions with ability to upgrade and downgrade each month based on needs). I mention this so you understand what I am comparing qpage to.
Pros:
-love Qpage's UX/UI. it's more streamlined and modern to me than many ATS system's I've used. Other systems just tried to throw new features on top of what they already had and it feels clunky and not intuitive. Many reviewers are complaining about the lack of ability to customize the careers page but I've found this comparable to others like Breezy HR. Adding customization to this page to me is "extra" and could be prioritized after things like customizing the automated emails.
-If you are in this industry, you know ATS are pricey. Even if you get in early, all successful ATS get extremely costly. Many charge on a PER USER basis (Breezy HR does not) and if qpage continues to make updates as promised (e.g. deal breakers like being able to edit/customize automated emails, cname), this could be a 5 star deal!
-Great job descriptiont templates. I typically write my own based on what the job is, but I can def see this being helpful for people who are not used to writing job descriptions. It's a great starting off point.
Requests:
-the biggest as mentioned above by me and many other reviewers is the ability to edit/customize automated emails with custom fields. Automated emails are a HUGE time saver. The product is great, but I wouldn't be able to use the template automated emails as is. If this was fixed, I would already give this 5 stars because this is a non negotiable, the rest can come later. It looks like Qpage is working on this and have disabled these automated emails for now.
-Creating more abilities to create custom templates that can be reused. For example, the questionnaire. Many of the questions I use are the same across all roles, only a few are specific to the role. It would be nice to be able to create a template questionnaire and be able to select it and tweak it if desired.
-I think someone else mentioned this as well, a report I found extremely usesful is which source the candidate applied from (or came to the page from). This helps us understand which job board is most useful for sourcing from (and worth the money to post there). Breezy HR has a lot of integrations that I'd recommend like WWR, Remote.co.
-the "powered by qpage" at the bottom of the career page. I am OK with a lack of customization on this page for now (this to me is aesthetic), but I think it's too much to list "powered by qpage" at the bottom. If this was a "free" version, I think that would be OK. THe URL already says qpage. I think it's overkill to promote Qpage at the bottom of the page as well if we are on a paid version.
