I'm definitely looking for something like this for my clients. Does this software route 1,2 or 3 star reviews back to me, for intervention and hopefully fixing whatever the client's issue is, rather than them going live on my GMB? If that is not included now, will you build that in? That would make this an awesome tool! Thanks for considering!
This is something I've been putting a lot of thought into! Currently it does not - simply because Google is very tough on businesses that do this. It's something that might be built in as an option, but I have to research more about potential repercussions from Google (or any other review site) before putting that feature live.
I'm hoping I can find a work around that allows this functionality without putting anyone's GMBs in danger. If so, it will absolutely be included in this deal!

Definitely would love to have this for my agency. we invested into similar software and the gating is there but its missing features like tracking. What i can tell you is that, there really isnt a way for google to know who is gating or not gating reviews. Even if the option is to gate reviews is on, you can still have someone go directly to google and leave a bad review.
Features that would definitely make an amazing deal and something most of us would be willing to invest in.
1- Follow up requests to leave a review if user did not leave a review the first time.
2- Review gating.
3- Adding multiple review sites so d=send reviews to. Also, being able to toggle them on/off
4-Text msg review request.
5-email review request
6- email/text follow up like a positive response and negative response email/text
7- crm like capability to be able to store customers information for retargeting either from the software or export to another platform.
8- whitelabel
9- cname option
10 agency level assets or landing page branded.
11- branded portal for clients.
12- loyalty program. x number of visits, email goes out with coupon code from client.
13- display banner of reviews on website
14-GBP optimisation checklist
15 Citations check list
16- pissible tracking of business competitors in the area.

This is a critical feature. Businesses need the ability (at least as an option) to route a bad review directly to the owner or manager to attempt to rectify issues and potentially turn them around.

You need to request a intervention and it is a must have for businesses.

I'm not able to reply directly to the most recent reply but this has been added. More filtering features will be coming in future updates but the feature has been implemented.
