I have purchased many deals trying to eliminate my yearly Zapier bill. However, none of them have been able to live up to my expectations, until now. They always promise that they'll be able to do it soon, but it never comes to fruition and so I waste my money.
I always start with the following zap: Once an appointment in my google calendar is COMPLETED, have gmail send me an email to my business account so I remember to update the client file.
Seems simple, but no one has been able to come through until now. Now that Quabbly has been able to complete this simple task, we'll move on and eliminate my zaps one by one.
I'm looking forward to a long relationship with Quabbly.

QUABBLY is a value-added GEM for automating your Business Admin Office Operations & Management
Quabbly promises the ideal solution to help put our office administration on point. There are lots of Templates, startup tools and needed integrations to help us pull a lot of our office administrative routines and pieces together.
The workflow needs a little bit of getting used to at first, but once you see how tightly the system integrates all our required processes (and then some), you will be amazed at the potential power that is placed at your fingertips.
We look forward to the minor bugs to be worked out, but as the team is very responsive and helpful, we have confidence that the potential of the system will grow to be a core tool of our business operations, and will provide the organization and management value that we have so long been searching.
I would recommend that any business looking to streamline its O&M & Administrative Systems give Quabbly a close look, with confidence that you will find a lot of potential value in the Boards, Templates and Tools that come with the system, including integrations with some of the more useful and needed business applications on the market.
Also hoping to setup webhooks integrations with our other applications and to having a bit more customizations or integrations with the Forms and our other intake tools.
The platform is a bit heavily branded and we would prefer a bit less or more inconspicuous upgrade and other promotional nags (Bottom Left Screen) . . . so we look forward to getting CName & White Label Options as added value to making this a core (& transparent) interface for our business and clients.
We look forward to further system developments and to Quabbly becoming a major player if the team can get it into the hands of every SME that is seeking to prepare their business operations for possible exponential growth.
The support response has been nothing short of excellent, and the team is eager to provide value added support to any challenges that may arise.
Thats not the whole story, First, its all there .. the framework for an awesome app is certainly there .. better than Stackby ...flokzu and Crove wrapped up together ...
I bought all of those and they could not get data in or out depending on the app. I tried OVER AND OVER with each app and even talked to support and they couldn't figure out their own APP!
Just reading the Docs and watching videos ... I was able to get data in WITH FORMS (Yes they do work) and send data out, where ever I wanted with the Quabbly Utilities Push Data to url ...
To me thats the most important thing with all these apps... getting the data in and back out to where I can use it else where ... my use case required me to bring in clients and create letters to send out on their behalf through the post office ...Quabbly is my one stop shopping without Zapier, Pabbly or easyflow..
Yes its buggy ... but not the IMPORTANT bits ...
👎the Kanban view doesn't work properly ... 👎The Formula For Join (Concatenate) does not work properly 👎Sometime it logs me out 🤣 for no reason ...
and Im sure there's more ... but the Automations and workflows work and getting that Data to other apps works like a charm!
I Invested in these brothers ... if you need an Airtable - Zapier Combo with room to grow ... Grab it!
