Q: Is there any visual on-site feedback method?
I mean like, how Figma does this with the Comment system? You can see all the comment symbols and when click each symbol, details pop-in right on the site. - Is this available?

Yep! We have a similar process to Figma, when you're using the widget on your website you can click the "pin" icon which will show all the markers on the page for you.
Clicking a pin will immediately take you to the task in QualityHive so you can view further details.
Some changes are in-progress here to show you a preview of some key details on hover of a pin for quicker overviews of tasks.
