Q: Number of client limit
We are an agency considering Plan 4.
1. Could you clarify if Plan 4's limit of 30 applies to clients or team members?
2. If it's a client limit, would you consider offering unlimited clients in a bigger tier?
3. Would a Guest access level be sufficient for client needs?
Note: The client limit could be a significant constraint for agencies.

Please see the answers to each of your questions below:
1. This currently applies to both clients and team members however, guest feedback support is due to launch in 1 - 2 weeks. Guests will not take up a seat in your plan.
2. The current AppSumo limit is 30 members, there isn't any plans on AppSumo to allow unlimited currently.
3. The guest feedback solution we're working on will allow clients to rapidly raise feedback using the widget on their own website.
They will be able to view the tasks at a basic level by clicking on the pin icon (on the widget) but will not be able to comment, track progress, get notifications or interact with the Kanban board.
To allow interaction and collaboration on the Kanban aswell as the widget, they will need to be added to the platform as a developer / tester which would take up a slot.
