Q: I really hoped Qubely would work and have given it the chance to prove itself.

But it's been quite frustrating to date.

I had left you heads up and some information to look into in a previous thread here.
It's not resolved and your support is still giving funny replies such as not able to access URL that was not provided by me (then it stopped reviewing for 2 days), or asking for access but never to use it (our sites are not test labs).

I understand you might be swamped at this time and am happy to give you time. But that does not equal to wasting my time. I would accept that you say you will get back next week and really focus on getting it done the following week, that to have me do this/that but not really making efforts.

For me to decide whether to keep or to stack, I should at least
1. see it working in the simplest setup,
2. THEN try out different options to evaluate how much I would invest in.
Since day 1 Qubely has never even worked properly for the 2 main blocks I want to us, I still can't pass (1) and there is almost not enough time for me to do (2) before I have to refund.

Qubely, help me out here. If there is no resolution by the week end to get pass (1) then I'd leave my honest review and refund.

A: I apologize for missing your questions and really sorry to know about the bad experience with support. We are receiving huge response from the AppSumo campaign and also we have finished offering Halloween Discounts recently on some of our other products. So, our support staff were over occupied.

But whatever the reason is, no one should wait this much long to get an issue resolved. I am totally with you and agree that this is an unreasonable time. I have talked with my colleagues from the support team and development team. They have replied that they were unable to reproduce the issue. If you are still in the refund period, you may use that option. Or if we can compensate in any other way, please let me know.

"Not able to reproduce" is my biggest concern to Qubely
- First told me the URL is not accessible, after a few days of silence
- Posted a recording from iPad browser - was never accessed (we have trackers), then another silence
- Asked to keep the full admin open the whole time but can't tell us when you will use it
- Posted a 2nd recording from iPad browser after the support said no more problem. Only days later showed me an image of the recording not accessible but using the wrong URL (if someone really cares to resolve the problem, wouldn't he/she check if the URL is correct?). And even I indicted wrong URL was used he/she still tried that wrong URL after another day. To date, that URL has never been accessed still.

Except for one day the reply was quick, the rest of them took days each, and each is about another reason why it's not accessible/visible. If you always have issues accessing the links I provided and always takes a day or 2 to reply, then I can't even schedule a time to do desktop sharing.

So, how will the issue ever be resolved?

There was no real troubleshooting involved ever, only talking to support about problems (mostly on access) not related to the actual issue. That's why I have no confidence it is getting anywhere.

I am only sharing this so you understand what your customers are going though.
