Q: are you still spread too thin?

Your most valuable offer is the ad library + AI. I tried at first cycle and it was dissapointing and my, as with others, was to make that crucial feature perfect first.

I checked YT first and found Dave Swift's review just 4 months ago. It seems you guys are going even wider? Im skeptical.

Your targeting audience with money for ads. At least for me, Im happy to pay higher price for a solid, market-heading refined feature vs paying low for 10 features where half are subpar.

You're in AS for feedback. Listen: Concept is great, but you're all over the place.

A: Dear User,

Would love to have you try again and I or anyone in the team is personally available for a demo / help solve any issues you maybe facing. We are indeed here for feedback and as many have observed that we have been paying attention. No successful business can be built without listening to customers.

So, Mr. Dave Swift's biased review aside (on a day when system had an outage and yet still he chose to never contact us or redo the videos when presented with facts or even let us put up a detailed response) here are the facts that motivate a team to work harder even when presented with an unfair review:

1) Ad library is now 5X bigger overall. Speaking of listening to customers, we actually look at every keyword search users are doing and just next day find more in those categories, mail each user to come back for more. Instead of boiling the ocean we are observing popular keywords and brands. We were surprised by many of those. Never enough but step by step now bigger than most ad libraries. We have also been downloading most media to make computer vision models work faster

2) 1-click ad rating: based on user feedback not only made the rating engine faster, asynchronous but also a pdf download so that you can mail your clients. (coming up "live search" on latest ads of a brand)

3) Inspiration to implementation: This is a product positioning choice and while some may offer a piece meal approach we feel there is a need for inspiration to implementation platform. Yes, this may mean we are not the best in class for some specific items but overall a platform of choice for agencies and brands to use for content creation (inspiration to implementation). We adapt and bring things in quickly for example we moved to latest Flux models for AI image generations in the middle of previous AppSumo and literally made it free or offer unlimited AI product photoshoots

4) We are covering both industry specific image templates (and soon video templates). We have listened to the feedback that not only customers need one platform where they can save their assets and be able to use them for image and video creatives.

And, now here is WIP UGC avatar showdown videos. I will let you think if we are not aiming to be better than average from other LTD and retail plan users. Just compare arcads which charges 10$ per video, has no editing facility, and no ads inspiration.

Once again, our mission is to have inspiration to implementation in the same platform. You may disagree on it as tough to make but I have been counted off before and founder's vision and resilience is difficult to shake off :)

Yes it's hard but we have proven again and again that we are on it. I openly invite Dave to come do a live test with me together. Asked that last time and asking again also. We may not be perfect but we are here to listen, build, and fix as needed.
