Q: At 1m24s of appsumo teaser video, it shows a list of ad banner sizes, but none of the dimensions have ...
1500x1500 dimensions while that is the standard for facebook ads. Why is it not there?
Also, why should I use this instead of Canva, apart from it being a LTD.

May 15, 2024A: Answering your first question, the video visuals are from our previous UI. I recommend you check out our new UI, which has double the formats. Also, the official Facebook guidelines show 1080px x 1080px (1:1 aspect ratio) and 1200px x 1068px (1:91 aspect ratio) as the recommended dimensions for image ad and 1080px x 1080px (1:1 aspect ratio) for carousel ads. Here's the link for the same:

Even if you wish to create ads in 1500x1500, you can always use our 1:1 Aspect Ratio formats as it's more the aspect ratio that matters than the dimensions. If you feel that I am missing out on something, please let us know.
Answering your second question:
Canva is also a great design tool; however, we are better than Canva in terms that our platform is focused mainly at ad creation. Here's a detailed list of comparisons for your reference:
1) We offer 30+ formats as compared to Canva Magic Design, which provides 8-9 formats.
2) We offer 150+ design templates per format, and Canva Magic Design provides only 8. Our designs are scientifically built for better conversions.
3) While Canva provides an edit image option, we provide a unique one-of-it kind of AI Product Photography.
4) The degree of manual customization is higher in Canva; however, when compared to other competitors, we provide the highest degree of customization as we provide a resize option for logo and font and change colors in the template, including background color.
5) Our AI Ad Copywriter generates ad copies that are more focused for ad creatives as against Canva Magic Write tool that create generalised content, often not optimal for ad creatives.
