11labs AI voice (and openAI voices) are included in Tier 3/4/5.

Voice cloning at all levels is 11labs as of now.

Voice cloning has 2 options - instant (which is what 99% of users use) and professional (which requires a very long sample). Instant is the default for everyone. Professional cloning we will add soon. We received more slots for professional and doesn't cost us much more than instant to be honest, so just a matter of tech backlog but can / will be done in coming weeks. Once again, most apps don't even offer 11labs - we do. Instant voice cloning is live for everyone (and being used well from the statistics).
