A: 1) Downloaded/downloadable ads. Do I have to download the ads I design, or can I launch them directly via QA by connecting my social media ad accounts to QA?

You can download or directly upload via QA to platforms. We have finished integration with some platforms and more coming. Details in comments on this video.https://youtu.be/Hk3AulHSkeg

2) I use an 3rd party AI voice generator. Can I bring in and upload my own voice overs, or I have to use the QA AI Voice gen?

You can upload your cloned voice but for full AI voice in the video has to be from within QA (as otherwise the synch between captions, scenes, voice breaks. We synch everything by line)

3) How are monthly image downloads utilized on QA? Do I have to download images?
You get a very generous quota as listed above. Whatever you download counts against it. 99% people never finish the quota. If you need temporarily more then just ask :)

4) Tier 1 mentions that it offers 2 brand spaces, are the image, video, voice gen limitations distributed amongst the 2 brand spaces or each brand space has the same limitations?

You can use as much as you want on any brand. Quota's are at the account level

5) "Native AI support" is that for generating ad copy using my brand voice? What LLM model do you use? Can I bring my own API key to use within QA?

We use multiple LLMs (can't disclose full details in public). We will add in functionality to use openAI key soon. Not urgent and till then it's anyways included

6) "Number of voice clones: 1" Which provider do you have an API from? e.g. Elevnlabs.

Yes! Tier 3-5 are elevenlabs

7) Please explain "Ad copies in 30+ formats".

Different size formats we support. We hated having to resize in Canva and so we swore to automate it :)

8) Are Mandarin, Thai, Russian, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese languages available?
