Q: Hi, Gaurov.
Chris here. I just went all in on Quickads and gave it a quick test run. I must say that I think your AI copy-generating tool is pretty good. And that alone could very well be the most important feature of your product. Here is my quick critique:
1. I noticed that, at a certain point, I couldn't view both the Headline text and Subhead text simultaneously. So, to go from the subhead section to the headline, I hit the "back" arrow and lost all my previous work. We need a better bird's-eye view of the tool so that kind of thing doesn't happen.
2. When I tried to make some changes in the text, it wouldn't let me completely erase what was previously written—some of it, but not all. That's a problem.
3. I'm unfamiliar with the size and dimension requirements for all social media platforms, but Quickads ought to have those dimensions down pat and immediately at our beck and call. Therefore, in filling in the requirements for the ad, that would be a great added feature to have. For example, if I want to develop a Facebook ad, templates matching that medium's size requirements should automatically be presented. So, you may want to consider adding that as an additional info block for the ad's creation.
4. Building upon that last idea, let's say I want to develop a Twitter (X) ad. It would be terrific if you had a separate built-in tool that allowed me to type in "Twitter Ad" and would then present me with a blank but appropriately sized template that would allow me to create customer work but would allow give me access to whatever Quickads tools I might need.
Gaurav, I'm a simple man, and I know it would be helpful to people like me if Quickads could automatically match template sizes to the specific ad medium or platform. Maybe I'm missing something... maybe you already have these features built into your product... but if not, they would likely serve everyone well and make Quickads all the more valuable as a resource.
Thanks for reading this!

May 15, 2024A: Thanks for believing in us, Chris. Means a lot!
Hi Chris,
Thanks for reviewing the product and glad that you liked our AI Copywriting tool! Thanks for a detailed feedback on the product. Here are some clarifications:
1) True that you cannot view both the heading and subheading editor at once when you want to edit the heading or subheading manually (i.e. change the text manually or the style, font, or weight). However, you can view the AI-generated option for both of them together in the 'Text' tab. The reason behind having separate edit options for heading and subheading is to give user authority to edit both of them independently and review the output on the preview section on right. If you change something and do no "Save Ad", the ad will be set to default. So in order to save your edits in headings and subheadings, you must save the ad.
2) Thanks for mentioning it. It is a bug which we will resolve ASAP.
3) Good suggestion. Just to clarify, for all the hundreds of design templates available, ads could be resized to 30+ formats in each of the design templates. So all our design templates fit the facebook ad, or Instagram ad or twitter ad or other formats available on our platform. You can resize your ad from Ad Size option in the left bar. But yes, we can also have it in the first ad info flow only to give an output in that format only. Will look into how we can incorporate this.
4) I would suggest you look at our tutorial video on how to create ads in different formats. All our design templates can be resized in seconds to 30+ formats we have which include facebook ads, twitter ads, Instagram ads, and so on. Here's the link for that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5UhmVw761WI&list=PL53LQezHJczhVoLNbkc6_bhpqkjX3aOZl&index=5
We truly appreciate your feedback and are always committed to improving us with valuable insights like these. Thanks for it again and we hope you enjoy using our platform. If you have any other feedback or want to connect, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Hi, Gaurov. The truth is, I have a great feeling about you, your company, and the people who make up your software development team. I think that it's probably only a matter of time before Quickads becomes the best "mini" ad creator of its kind. I appreciate your thoughtful response and will avail myself of your tutorial videos. Finally, let me say that I am firm in my conviction that anyone thinking about signing on with Quickads... but who passes on it... is going to regret it someday.
