Q: Hi , i would be interesting by your agency plan but i have some questions: 1/ whitelabel means my logo , brand , color and cname url ?
2/ all next features will include on agency plan ? ( video ads and others updates )
3/ Can we custom plans limit ? For example i offer 3 plans : plan 1 only 5 download per month , plan 2 15 per month and last plan 30 per month ?
and last point : it should be great to get unlimited customers to resell it completely at our own.

1) Under white-labeling, you can customize our platform with your own brand logo and colours so that your team and client feels it your product. With regards to subdomain URL, we are getting multiple requests for that and are looking to launch that very soon.
2) Most of the new features like more number of users, designs templates, formats, etc. would be available to App Sumo users. However, the video ads feature will not be available to App Sumo Users. We will launch a new run for that.
3) Customising plans might not be possible for us. For smaller credit limits, you can always look for our License 1 plan or Starter plan from the webapp.
4) We are getting some queries for it. We are evaluating it and will update all our users about it soon.

for point 2/ you said it will not include on your appsumo deal but launch new run , can it be one time fee extra or monthly extra fees from agency appsumo tier 3 ?
3/ it seems have misunderstanding , is not im looking for smaller tier , but for agency plan its unlimited download but me as agency i would to limits plan for clients as i mentionned on my example plan , is that possible ?
4/ if you update your plan to unlimited customers , i will be very interesting is that the only really pain point to not buy it for moment
