Q: Hi, it looks very interesting.
Will it be possible to add a custom ad format?
For instance, I live in a country where 580x400px is a very common format and we would need to be able to create that for it to have value for us.

However, if you are willing to purchase Tier 4 plan, we can add this particular format for you as this would require some good amount of manual effort from the team.
