Thank you. I have booked a support call. I am fine with and understand that the point of Appsumo is to assist in the funding and development of products. That said, users do carry a risk that the products invested in will not be brought up to a usable level, not just in money, but more importantly in time allocated to using/testing the product for suitability. My perspective is thath there should be a minimum level of usability prior to a launch on Appsumo. In this case the editor not functioning as anticipated is/was a concern. as that , to me, tells members that there is a commitment to development.
