Q: Is QuickAds moving towards LTD model instead of focusing on boosting MRR?

The pricing structure on your site is more enticing to choose LTDs instead of monthly/yearly memberships. Looks like the preference is not for long term sustainability. Any reasons?

Thanks.

A: Hey There!

We are offering LTDs as we are able to make LTDs be profitable for us. Those who chose LTDs are a different sub-segment than monthly users. We are PROFITABLE by a huge margin from day 1. In a way we are breaking conventional model because we have fixed cost for most items. AppSumo demands higher benefits on LTDs than retail offers. That's true for every software listing on appsumo. We were asked to come back for SumoDay and so here we are. People are fair in asking (in the light of software's failing) that is this sustainable.

"Proof is in the pudding":

- Some features where we make limited external expensive API calls (eg: AI image ads where best in class is openAI's new vision model is expensive 25 cents per call, we gave an option to to BYOK (bring your own key). Thus, making the economics win-win for everyone and sustainable.
- In the last promotion 11labs was included in the price and people asked the same question 'how can this ever be true'. Well, here we are and we gave more minutes in fact. Before that we launched with gettyimages premium and people said 'too good to be true'. So, here we are 1 year later honoring and grand fathering even older users. Maybe we have figured out some economics that come with scale?
- We are venture backed and point of LTD is to introduce features and get early feedback. Some (patent applied) features will be our real differentiator from Q3. We have even posted MRR growth charts. What else can a man do?

If cost is more or less fixed for me then why should I not be thinking out of the box on new business model ideas (hint: they center around data network effect).

Hope community sees that we have honored every commitment, kept building every week and built a software which does more than what even companies like icon.me charge 300$ per month for. Deal is good and here!
