Q: Web Support

Hello,

Why no web support? I suppose going to blame the outpouring from AS… well I sent an email to support over a week ago and no response! I own and am looking at utilizing other solutions as you seem non-existent. Fail

Nope nothing of that sort. AS love we are used to it :-)

Did you mail support@quickads.ai? I have personally checked and don't see any email from this ID.

Did you use chat inside the webapp? What ID / email?
Did you use enquiry from outside (i.e. the website form) - that one we get 1000s of spams a day and apologize if something was missed.

Please kindly email support email and if you don't get response within 24-48 hours (if not hours) then let's talk :)

As I said initially…honestly better to waste $59 then the amount of time takes to get support. If you want to call it that. I would refund but AppSumo doesn’t do what they say either.Best
