Q: When can I expect help with my account issues?

Emailed support and went through live chat - I was told the tech team would help. Been a few days now. I would like to think it’s important enough to get 24-48 hour help since I have no access to my account. Also didn’t get a follow up on moving me to the top of the queue on the video ad to video ad feature, even though I emailed as you suggested, Nitin. When can I expect help, team?

I am personally sorry we missed replying. The software lead was unwell and given your account needs a custom database migration (due to old refunded account causing issue in the rules) we will get it done today.

Sorry and will make up for it.

Thank you - I have access now! When can I expect the 1) image ad to image ad and 2) video ad to video ad feature? Let me know! The primary reason I'm back and excited to use Quickads! If possible, please do enable beta access for either or both of those features. Thanks, Nitin
