There are far too many issues. Yes, I have tried support, video tutorials, and more.

1 - The features work somewhat at times. They look better on paper.
2 - The features differ from what has been advertised. The whole AppSumo deal page with video promo is unrealistic, especially for video ads and video content.
3 - Yes, new features are being added, but they are not useful to me.
4 - I tried contacting support, but their responses are selective. They follow up on some issues but ignore others. I'll leave it to you to decide why that is the case.
5 - They also try to convince you that it works as it should.
6 - Getty library: it differs from actual Getty Images, at least in terms of video content. Some keyword searches yield 5-6 videos that are practically the same, whereas actual Getty Images offers hundreds to choose from. It has been almost a month since I asked support for help on this issue, and I have received no answer.
7 - What does work is generating image ads, but they seem more focused on quantity than quality. The designs look poor. None of my competitors, nor I, run ads like this. Again, it looks good on paper.
8 - There are countless more issues. I give up.

Overall, this has been oversold in terms of features and its actual performance.

I doubt any of these reviews truly reflect a fully functional use of the product in real life. Please don't respond to this review by claiming you have made a video to show me how it works. We have been through this before. I have explored all the features, but none of them work well.

I think the work that can be done with this tool is exceptional, today the search and comparison of ads is essential to have winning campaigns and this tool facilitates this difficult task without letting anything escape. Great return on advertising investment. There was some small latency on the server but now everything seems great. Once you understand how it works and how to effectively give instructions, this works really, really well.

The ads are very good, you can change video scene images with getty images and pull up lots of voices.

If you need help, support is pretty quickly available ; I had the founder himself onboard me and explain the platform since I wasn't getting the video ad effect I wanted.

And you can always ask for a specific voice to be pulled up if you need it by asking support..

I will not bother mentioning most of the features, as platform is evolving and continuing getting better.
But i will point that I provided access to the platform to a new user who never used any design tool, and as expected, learning process was very easy and observed great results. Paired with another tool for automated workflows and it worked well, saved many hours.

This would be a 4-5 taco if it had Linkedin as a discovery / research / spy source but unfortunately Linkedin is only an output format which put a dampner on my primary desired use. If it's B2B & Linkedin research you're after, this is not for you.

However, that said the founders seem genuine and level-headed with honest responses in Appsumo and active, professional Linkedin profiles which gives confidence in product development and founder integrity. I'll play around with it and see how things progress in the coming weeks. Would love to see a proper roadmap being made available.
