Excellent ad discovery tool

I recently saw an ad on YouTube that absolutely blew me away. In the past, I've been able to view watched ads in my History in the settings but I noticed today that ads I watched no longer appear there. Seems like there's been a complete refresh. Enter Quickads.ai. I had written down the advertiser info when I investigated the ad in real-time in YT, so I entered that in the Quickads discovery tool and VOILA! Found the exact ad in a few seconds. This alone earns the tool 5 stars!

However, I have deducted 1 star for the text-to-video creation. In my humble opinion, that feature really isn't ready for primetime just yet and the fact that it's in beta needs to be plastered all over the marketing to manage expectations.

That said, I LOVE to see how engaged the team is with their recent Appsumo Webinar and hope they'll keep this tool supported and under development. Too many great projects come and go in a few short years. This has potential to blossom into a formidable InVideo challenger -- which was once upon a time also on Appsumo.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, but alas 4 stars will have to do. Keep up the good work team!

Thanks for recognizing the benefits of our ads discover tool. Coming from a veteran who has bought 900+ tools, we appreciate that.

On text to video, we have been working hard. What one tool (say invideo) is doing after 4 years of building we are doing within 4 months and even on that have some unique features - does invideo allow you to make thumbnails (and editable now as of Friday!), AI sound effects, editable transitions, etc.

I am not sure why you say this didn't meet your expectations - day before we were upgrading v2.2 and there was a short period where footage selection was going off but it was fixed. Not sure if that led to you feeling it. Can you try again and contact us on support@quickads.ai for a detailed feedback / live chat to understand how we can improve it?

Brings me to the question as a founder and as a customer - someone has built such an extensive platform (ads library, image ads (which are far higher level of automation and complexity than market leader canva), video creatives (in beta), and publish (does invideo allow you to analyze the ads, rate the ads, check them for brand compliance or publish to social media or just download?).

Do you know that a 4 star on appsumo is a death sentence as it's bringing down the whole rating? I appreciate your time to try us and I look forward to discussing more with you. Even on the weekend 3 users have been telling us some edge cases and we fixed them in hours (on a Saturday night!).

And, all in 9 months with a small bootstrapped team. Should reviews be relative or contextual (and slammed in a balanced way but for a feature which is in beta vs. 12 other things we are also doing right?). I am just curious if everyone here understands the context and relativity of things. Should we only release one thing and not give sumolings the whole platform. We wrote beta everywhere and getting less than 1 bug a day on average but still ....

Writting again: Please try text to video again and give me specifics on how it could be improved? Our mission is anyways to make (video) ads and so text to video was just an interim step. We are here to learn how different user use it.
