Update: The user (like most negative comment leavers) never reached out for a call. I am ready to give you a free LTD in public now if you come on a call, we record and if any bugs that are critical and we cannot resolve it in a week. We are working hard and here for feedback. But, leaving comments without proofs or ability to work with users to understand what they need / intended to is also not good.

From what internal team can second guess what your login was (and we cannot see it thanks ASs horse carriage age message board privacy rules, I have no idea what you tried making), you made a very long video and for that some scenes lacked context but then it was a very very long video. We (perhaps naively) assumed that ads are short and we actually have a well used feature (which 99% of video tools dont) where we put multiple footages in rapid burst for a scene (default 3 per scene) to make the ad faster and keep users hooked. This when done for >25 scenes breaks LLM limits. Now that we observed it we are testing a fix but don't know again if this was your issue. My calendar is wide open for a chat and feedback. Here to learn, fix, learn. repeat.

I am the founder and will like to request for a call to understand why you didn't get right footages for text to video. We have worked a lot on it and can see the usage going up month on month with less iterations by users but maybe for your use case / prompt, it didn't work and we respect that. If we can do better then I will like to work on it. There are issues perhaps in expectations on all AI tools esp. creatives but we are working hard on improving it with every feedback. Users have seen us improve and I am sure we will on this specific situation as well once we understand the usage.
