Promises a lot more than it gives

UI/UX is bad. Searched ads in Education in Portugal, none. All I got was ads from Brazil (which speaks Portuguese but it's not Portugal). Design was poor, AI image creating for the ads was terrible (even using an external tool to build the prompt). Maybe it just doesn't work for my business industry, Education, and my country (although I searched also for Spain and France, just for comparison). Which is a pity, because I was really looking forward to simplify my ad creation flow. The idea may be good (hence the 2 tacos), but the implementation is poor, IMHO.

I will keep it brief because it will have been more awesome if we had discussed before you made up your rating as some of these issues could have been explained, sorted, (or fixed if something needs)

UX/UI - A customer is designing it for us and its on track for next week.

Ads filter by country gave you false positive - first it's marked beta for country filter (isn't it?). Now, I request you to go try other ad libraries (there aren't that many) and most, if not none, give a country filter. That's because of the way data is retrieved doesn't have that data (eg: YouTube doesn't even have country search forget brand search - but you know that don't you?). To add value we have built a ML (machine learning model) that looks at the content of the video (in this case say Portugese language) and predict which country it belongs to. That's how hard it is in real life. Now Portugese we saw is spoken in very few countries, so we put it in Brazil (biggest country?) and Portugal. While I recognize your point and the frustration, we are here to look for edge cases like this. Now, that we know we will train our ML even more to recognize accents or some specific keywords, which will indicate with even more accuracy that it's likely Brazil or Portugal. It's marked beta to learn such use cases. But, that brings to a bigger point - "discover" ad ideas from the library, spy on specific named competitors and rate your ad. That's what our customers told us is the real need. Mindless scrolling on Instagram (youtube doesnt even allow that) for new ideas, extracting hooks, sharing ads with clients, saving for future. That's what the library is meant to be used for. For advanced filters they are "prediction" on where they belong (eg: what theme or country) and there will be misses.

Now for education (which has many sub-niches) I can see 100,000+ ads. Even if something is missing (as we are building niches customers want, we will scrap those keywords more).

Why don't we discuss live on a call and if I still cannot explain then I will send you Amazon vouchers? It's totally ok you have refunded but I will pay you to show me the problem and I will fix it (if there is one!) or I make educational AI image ads for you on the call live?
