I would love to support this product, and I would like to say that it's effective, but, it wouldn't be honest.
I acknowledge the potential utility of this app, but I'm struggling to perceive its value. I experimented with the Create feature, inputting the URL of a product, only to find that the program failed to fetch the data or generate a video or image. After multiple attempts, I consistently received the message "Unable to process. Try again."
I also tested out the "Analyze" feature. I uploaded a video, and the app just kept processing and processing... I tried several times, but it still didn't work.
I reached out to support through the chat feature, and after a couple of hours, they only asked for the size of the video I was trying to upload, which was 50MB and under 2 minutes. As a suggestion, consider adding the option to fetch the video from YouTube, Instagram, or via URL.
I attempted to utilize the image features, especially the one that helps generate ads for ecommerce. However, I must admit that the design quality is subpar, rendering it unsuitable for actual advertisements. It is highly likely that employing such a design would negatively impact conversion rates.
I'll continue utilizing Canva—it may not be as automated as this one, but it definitely gets the job done.

Have you contacted us on support and given us a chance to debug why it may not be working for your specific URL? Web scrapping itself is a hard business and lots of edge cases. So, why don't you give us a chance first to help work with you. If we cannot solve it then write a comment.
On Meta e-commerce template design quality, we have marked this as a beta and for this reason. We know there is work to be done. These are very high level of automations where we are placing a custom text for each template, different icons, different locations and remove product background image. We have marked beta to get feedback. So, please be a little kind to us?
We are a young company and the support in the last 1 week has exceeded our imagination. Team is working 20 hour days to keep up with demand and edge cases that comes with launching anything at this scale. But, please at least talk to us and help us debug some edge cases. Most users here know that our support has been quite responsive (if not over responsive) and some written feedback from old appsumo plus users recognize this. Please kindly appreciate we all here are young companies - here to listen, build, and work collaboratively to build something incumbents don't have. This is an opportunity for all community also (if you want to!) to work with us to refine the product to work in every edge case. I can show you that product URL fetching is working in most cases. In some cases for example, yesterday a user showed us that Amazon is sending captcha challenge - these things are edge cases, which we need to adapt to as they evolve. Every product has that at every stage.
The fact that you are not giving up on us, tells us we are working on something user want. Could you work more closely with us before writing a verdict as its not even been a week since launch.
