Updated Review

At first I had a lot of trouble using Quickblog. There were bugs but I have to mention that the technical support is one of the best I have ever seen. Little by little they have solved every problem. There are still some things that need to be improved but I believe there is a commitment to keep Quickblog improving every day and become an alternative to wordpress or other blogging options.
Positive points:
1.-No need to be updating plugins as in wordpress and it is easier to use and configure.
2.- As I already mentioned, the technical support is incredible.
3.- With Quickblog you have the basics to start and maintain a blog without complications.
4.- The integration with your website allows you to keep your brand image perfect and integrate your existing web pages such as support, privacy, services and products or even an online store, in addition to your blog with Quickblog.
5.- It is not necessary to integrate Quickblog with other services using plugins because you can integrate some (not all) by editing the code of each post. For example if you want a poll system you could do that (I suggest that there is an option in the dashboard to integrate a script in all posts without having to edit one by one).
6.-The aesthetics is simple but it doesn't confuse the visitor who wants to consume your information.
7.- The response or speed of Quickblog is not slow and also visually responsive.
Negative points and suggestions:
1.-At the moment, it is still more limited than wordpress. This can be seen in the fact that some necessary visual configurations are still missing (for example decide where to show the share buttons, only up/only down/both).
2.-It doesn't have any own comment system, only Disqus (many users hate to comment in Disqus and those comments don't position the post well in google like the integrated comments).
3.- There should be a backup system because although we trust Quickblog and its security, it is better to have our data also under control.
4.- There are missing details in the dashboard that I consider simple but basic. For example, select several posts and change their status to published/draft or schedule them (several at a time, not one by one).
5.- You should be able to choose where to show the categories: Top as now or in the side menu where the related posts are also shown (that seems a more logical place visually).
6.- You should also include some option to catch the attention of the visitor, for example at the end of a post to show the typical slide or similar with some random suggestions of 2 or 3 posts for the user to click on any of them and continue reading articles.
7.-Finally I would like to mention that I am still not sure that the SEO positioning is effective and google indexes as well the posts published in Quickblog as in other alternatives such as wordpress because it really looks like a web embedding, but this is something I will have to keep testing.
