Q: Hi Diran, I am frustrated and unable to utilize my Appsumo purchased codes It has been a while with the back and forth with no resolution.
Purchase of 5 codes, account just shows one code active.
when can this get fixed?

Same thing happened to me. I purchased five of them and stacked up. I was unable to retrieve the codes and keep messaging both AppSumo and the creator for months. No responses. Time went by and I forgot to redeem. I decided to send another e-mail and they finally responded back that I couldn’t redeem the codes. I replied again and they stopped responding back. I’ve purchased hundreds of products from AppSumo and was planning to do more. Unfortunately this situation caused me to cancel my AppSumo Plus membership from their lack of communication and this situation. I’m also going to report this company and making sure I let others know what happened to me.
