A good one, but needs some litte tweaks
I bought Quickpage the day after I biought Sendspark. Tested both a littje bitt, and I can say both are good ones, It depends on where you need it for, which one is the best for you. Videomessaging makes communication so much more personal.
Sendspark has less possabilaties, and so it is a little bit easier to use. I am going to use it for a more personal way of communicating with the people I work with, my team of workers all around the world. In stead of sneding them a lot of mails I will use videomessaging more to motivate, send ideas, ask how the progress is.
Quickpage I will use for communication with my customers. Sending them a video the easy way is great, and even better is they can communicate back on that message by mail, chat, call. That is very big thing! I also like that I can put links, images, docs on the page where the video is. So I can tell them about upsells or a pdf with instructions about the product they already bought.
Great is to that the textmessage unther the video is more adaptable. ik can use bold, italic, bullets to make the message look better.
When clients view the video I get a message in my email And when they use the buttons unther the video to message me, I also get an email. Al those messages apear also in Quickpage, so I can see them there al together. That is good. Getting those messages directly in my mail has a benevit but also a disadvantage: I communicated as a test with my wife and every time she watched the page with the vidoe, I got a sessage 'Somebody has viewed the page... But iff she sent me a message form that page I also got an email with the message 'Someone sent a message.. So I get two emails everytime so views the page with the video. So connecting to customers is easy, but the short communication with my wife got me mote then 10 emails. Imagine that I sent 25 customers a videomessage, iff they al respont I get hundreds of emails in my inbox every day. So I hope there is a way to change that (did not investigate that yet). I only need to know once that a customer watched the video. Don't need an email for evertime the customer goes to that page and does something. That would be 50% less emails.
Videorecording is great, but what I don't like that the video has subtitles. I recorded the video in Dutch, and subtiles where crazy. The customer can hit a button to not-show the subtitles, but I don't know yet iff I there is a setting somewhere to hide subtiles by default.
Quickpage has a lot of possibilities, i have to test and tweak it more. Their interface is not so intuitive for me. Lots of time I somewhere in there and I don't see a way out easy to go back. They should make the backbutton more notable or, much better, leave the menu on the left (on desktop) on the left and not hide it after I click on something. I don't know if yet iff I can change that somewhere in the settings.
I like Quickpage a lot, I will start using it in a few days.
