Tier6 can make 20 text to videos concurrently at the same time on the web app?? Will it through csv upload?

Yes, It allows you 30 concurrent projects on the web App,
No, CSV is not available but APIs are, you can make 250 or more a day on automation - All API projects will also be seen on the web app.
