Q: When is the next credit top-up scheduled?

We used all our credits on the platform by July 21, and our subscription started on June 25. Based on the monthly cycle, we were expecting a credit renewal by now, but as of August 5, the credits have not been replenished.

Could you please check and confirm when our credits will be renewed?

I jumped on this at the last minute, just as it was closing, so I wasn't able to investigate it as much as I normally would. I'm definitely intrigued by it, but I have one big question: is it possible to manually reframe the edits? If I have a two person interview, I'm not always happy with the choices made by AI with regard to time and place of edits. My invite link allows someone to view the space then they create a login and they can view all projects even personal projects… is this how a workspace should work? I think not, I would think that you would have people within the workspace only being able to view that workspace… What is the fix for this?
