We used all our credits on the platform by July 21, and our subscription started on June 25. Based on the monthly cycle, we were expecting a credit renewal by now, but as of August 5, the credits have not been replenished. Could you please check and confirm when our credits will be renewed?

Not wanting real time responses but at least daily. No more than 24hr is not too much to ask for. Especially when you go all in or close to all in with teir 5.
My invite link allows someone to view the space then they create a login and they can view all projects even personal projects… is this how a workspace should work? I think not, I would think that you would have people within the workspace only being able to view that workspace… What is the fix for this?
3. I cut a longer video down to right under 10 minutes… and the AI edit created background music and subtitle's, but no B roll was seen during playback… Since no B roll was seen I then took the AI edited clip and just edited that within QuickReel to a different “scene “ so from chill guy 2 to chill guy and added high B roll which came at a cost of 20 credits… Before I started out I had 815 (due to 60 credits being used for the initial AI edit) So being that there was no B roll I spent 20 credits in order to add B roll which brought me down to 795 credits… The issue is I don’t have the newly edited clip… as it says I’m at 21% and it will take 15 minutes; that was almost an hour ago… So my balance shows 795 when the process isn’t finished, meaning I’ve been charged the 20 extra credits before receiving the clip…
