Above average product, below average support
The product does what it says, but it's a few small steps away from being brilliant at what it does.
As you can see from my uploaded video, the AI 'slicer' is a bit too sensitive and creations transitions at seemingly random points. That's something that can't be manually changed.
I spent about 40 minutes trying to find a way to contact support. The link to their Notion helpdesk is a 404. Social media accounts have been inactive for months. I ended up having to reach out to the two founders on LinkedIn, where one said 'yeah we see it's an issue, we might get onto it one day'. The credits I'm spending my money on are being wasted on AI-edited clips that almost induce an epileptic fit in the viewer.
Pretty poor customer service for a product that I not only paid for, but was also regularly putting more money into.
Once I've run out of my existing credits, I won't be going back. If the page had links to support pages that worked and customer service was winning to give me some extra credits for the ones I've wasted to create poor clips, I'd be happy. But that poor support and no offer of making up for the poor output can't make even a 6/10 tool like this compete in such a flooded niche.
