I just canceled my Frame.io subscription. As an agency owner, having a one stop shop for revising creative assets is a no-brainer! Great value even with the annual payment of $89.
I found using QuickReviewer frustrating. Simple actions like dropping comments, moving comment windows around, going from one design to the next, are not very user friendly.
As I needed such a tool, I bought 3 codes and tried it. I liked it very much and thought it could give 5 Tacos. However, I realized that at the last moment there was only one user, and we could not add another admin or user. 😒😒😒
It seems very difficult to use for me, I will try until the deadline for a refund. If I can't use it this way, I will refund it. It is not possible for me to keep track of everything and everyone agrees that it is not correct to give an owner password to my staff. 👎👎👎
I'm breaking 2 Tacos because of this important missing. This may sound cruel, but it is a big shortcoming to limit it to only one user and not have Admin and users under Owner. This is effective, like making the leftmost digit of a 6-digit number zero, while things that make the rightmost digit to zero don't matter. Otherwise, I wouldn't even think of breaking a quarter Taco for the many bits I saw.
If I made a mistake, and we can define admin and user with different privileges under Owner, if we can define administrators for workspaces, let me know and let me do 5 Tacos immediately.
I bough 1 code and i signed up for the White label beta and received a email the i have to have 2 codes from quick reviewers. This so misleading -because it clearly says WHITE LABEL on appsumo and their website. White label is why i bought the software and I cant use it--- Im Hot!

Impossible to use with a single user

Great review system for videos, but needs some improvement
We're an online training company, so we produce and review lots of videos. QuickReviewer makes it super easy, thank you!
Pros:
- Nice, easy to use interface
- Quick, not lags
Cons:
- 250 MB upload limit is a big problem with videos*
- Single user, no teams
Feature ideas:
- Sharing from the proofing screen
- More playback speeds (0.1 steps from 1x to 1.5x: 1.1x, 1.2x, 1.3x, 1.4x, 1.5x)
- Quick jump backwards and forward (5s, 10s, 30s)
- On-screen annotations (arrow, text)
- ClickUp / NiftyPM / Trello integration
* The Dropbox integration overcomes this limit. Sadly, we use G Suite (Google Drive) - waiting for the promised support.
