Solid Proxy API

Does what it says on the tin. Rotates proxies and handles captchas reliably and with low fail rates. Plus, very competitive pricing for the number of API calls (credits) you get.

No problems so far

Simple API that I'm just hitting with fetch queries to HTML pages. I've run ~10,000 queries in the last two days with less than 1% failed requests.

In the future I hope they add POST requests and a feature to make IPs sticky.

I don't like doing this, but... 2 tacos. :/

Before people bombard me with hate mail let me say that I reached out for support last week via their website and no one replied.

Then I posted a question here on appsumo. No one replied to my question, but they replied to all other question from people who DIDN'T purchase the product.

This was my question:
"So far, not doing too well with scraping. I went all in and bought Tier 3 but I have no way of knowing if any of the proxies are working as advertised.

I'm testing the API with a basic call to a json page:

https://www.capterra.com/workspace/rest/products?q=amazon

This returns a simple json when open in the browser. I tried multiple calls with and without javascript, with and without premium proxies and each time I'm getting a failed response. I'm able to get a response using my own code in Puppeteer so I know it's doable. Any tips here?"

So, I spent $250 on this, and for all I know they might be just passing my CURL call to a simple CURL with their server. I don't need a third party app for that. If this truly is using proxies and they're all failing then my bad, but I have no way of verifying it. When I use their competitor, the URL I provided loads just fine. I'm gonna wait another week to see if I get a reply, but so far I'm just tempted to refund it and try to forget that I spent 2 hours messing around with their documentation trying to get a simple JSON to show up.
