Q: Unable to add users, unable to register seats
Hello Support,
I am unable to register users for our Tier 2 (5 users).  I keep getting this error: 
“Error: User not found, make sure the user has signed up.”
Do users have to sign up for your free version before I can add them to our paid version?
Also, when I try to add myself (confirmed email) to a seat, I get an error in a foreign language: 
Error: Nu Este Permis

Sep 4, 2025A: Yes, you are correct — in order to add users to your paid plan, they first need to register for a free account. Once they have signed up, you will be able to assign them a seat on your Tier 2 plan.
Regarding the error message you encountered, it was a localized version of the error. We’ve just fixed this issue, so you should now see the message in English.
