Q: Urgent questions about the functionality and use of Quicksigner
Hello, I am interested in your software and have some questions that I would like to have answered promptly.
1. Can I create entire documents in Quicksigner, for example with my own text editor, or can I only upload documents?
2. Is it possible to edit uploaded documents such as Word or PDF within the software, for example to make individual contract adjustments like different hourly rates?
3. Can I upload multiple documents as part of a signing process, which the customer then signs in one go? Or does the customer have to open each document – e.g. contract, privacy policy – separately?
4. Do AppSumo users benefit from all future updates or are they excluded from updates?
5. Is the optional, paid add-on for Custom Branding — which covers both emails and the signature page — a one-time payment or a monthly subscription?

Document creation
Currently, documents cannot be created directly within QuickSigner. You can only upload existing files (Word, PDF).
Editing documents
QuickSigner does not allow editing of the original document text. However, you can prepare your template with placeholders (e.g., hourly rate, client name) and then use our text fields to fill in this data before sending it for signature. To do this, select Sign in order, assign yourself as the first signer, and complete the fields before the request is sent to others.
Multiple documents per signing
Yes, you can upload multiple documents (e.g., contract, privacy policy). They will be merged into a single signing flow, so the signer only needs to review and sign once.
AppSumo deal & updates
AppSumo customers are essentially standard users with different plan limits under a lifetime deal. They continue to benefit from all future updates.
Custom Branding add-on
