Satisfied with the purchase
QuickSigner is intuitive and easy to use.
Feature recommendations:
1. Variable fields in bulk sending. Sign request with same underlying document sent to multiple recipients, but with variability in certain fields (e.g. company name, contract value, ...).
2. Option to modify sign request and document completion email messages (e.g. to localize language, ...).

Good but look forward to hopeful future improvements
*Updating to 4 stars: Thank you for clarifying the CC feature. Sorry I missed that but truly appreciate you pointing that out and for having it! Glad to hear the read capability is in process - with that and deliverability improvement I will definitely upgrade to a 5 star. Thanks for all your hard work.
We have used this product a few times now with clients. Really enjoy the backend and ease of use. Team has been able to easily navigate without issues. However, the bulk of the signature requests we have sent have been reported to be hitting the spam folder which is not ideal for business. Two feature improvements I would REALLY love to see added in addition to clearing up the spam folder issue is to add the ability to see when the client has viewed the doc as other competing programs offer. I would also appreciate the ability to add a CC non signer to the distribution email as well. We often have a project manager on the clients end that is not a signer but important to keep in the loop.

Aug 21, 2025Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear your team finds the platform easy to use.
Just to clarify:
The ability to add a CC (non-signer) recipient is already available—you can enable it from the recipient’s settings menu.
The “document viewed” tracking feature is on our roadmap and will be released soon.
We also really appreciate you highlighting the email...

2 months later, and still no 'Initials' signing feature
At this point in time, I'll be returning this purchase and waiting for something better to come along, perhaps maybe even this same product or another product, but with more basic features.
It's now been almost 2 months since I purchased this item, used it, and quickly realized that it doesn't even give the basic option to place 'initials' signings into an agreement. Right away I expressed my concerns to the developer and he even agreed with me:
'we hear you — initials are a commonly expected feature, and we’re actively evaluating how to make this more intuitive in future updates.'
and
'we totally understand how important initials are in signing workflows.'
However, now almost 2 months later, what seems to me like such a basic and simple request, yet significant request (as the developer has confirmed as well) still hasn't been implemented. This is not a good sign for support or future development potential of this app or any concerns for app user's feedback and implementation of that feedback, even when the developer agrees with it.
I really wanted to support this app with purchase because Docusign is expensive, however, due to the above, I will need to do a refund. I'll keep an eye out for future offers/updates. If it can add a simple 'initials' option and also be more compliant to Canadian real estate requirements, I will GLADLY re-purchase this product and so will about half a million realtors and real estate brokerages in Canada and the US!!!!!
Please make this app real estate friendly and believe me, you will have opened yourself up to an entire HUGE industry that MUST LEGALLY comply with stringent signing requirements, and you will be the 1000% obvious and 1000% more affordable choice. You will grow your service just within real estate like wild fire!
As with any other developer on the Appsumo marketplace, I appreciate your best efforts to provide us with the best product that you can. I know it is a challenge. I love the idea of this app and there is most certainly a need/market for it as Docusign and other signing platforms are VERY expensive compared to this, but if it can't even do the basics that I need it to do, then I'm not even able to try to use it. Hopefully, you are able to act on my advice. Either way, all the best to you and this app.

Aug 3, 2025Thank you so much for your detailed and honest feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and your hopes for the platform.
While we had the initials field technically implemented for some time already, it wasn’t yet publicly enabled and available in the interface — and for that, we apologize for the delay. The good news is that the Initials field is now live and...

Zero help with API
If you thought it would be easy to set up the API, it's not. The API page is so light, not even AI could figure out how to use it. So I requested an email to set up n8n. The response was zero help...
"We don’t provide step-by-step workflow automation guides, as workflows tend to vary between customers. However, we’re happy to answer your specific questions."
I asked a specifc question:
"Can you show me a step by step instruction to automate a workflow using the API? I couldn't find it in your documentation and can't get it to work since n8n asks for an API endpoint from Quicksigner and there doesn't seem to be one offered."
(basically, they said "do it yourself.")
Lazy customaer service for my top tier purchase... I will probably refund if I can't get any better help.

Jul 27, 2025Thank you for your feedback — and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
We understand that getting started with an API can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when using automation platforms like n8n. While we don’t offer step-by-step implementation guides for specific tools, we have successfully helped many customers integrate with our API by answering targeted technical questions — for...
