I purchased Quizify some months ago and finally got around to using it. The process was simple and straightforward however the quiz I designed required some additional logic. I reached out to the support team who have been phenomenal in assisting me. They respond promptly to messages and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend 👏👏👏👏👏

This software is better or equal to any quiz funnel one out there. The customer service is very attentive, and the quality and the usability are spot on. Highly recommend 👍🏽

Really impressed with the team and the tool. What stood out most was how quickly everything got built and implemented, the entire funnel was set up in under 24 hours, with multiple iterations handled smoothly.

The support has been excellent. Communication is clear, responses are fast, and they actually understand what you’re trying to achieve from a conversion perspective, not just the technical side.

The platform itself is simple to use and does exactly what’s needed without unnecessary complexity. It made it easy to go from idea to live funnel very quickly.

If you’re looking for speed, flexibility, and a team that actually helps you get things done, this is a great choice.

So far, I have set my first customer questionnaire live and works fine so far.
I also had access issues in the past, but as I read reviews they moved to Cloudflare and this should be now solved. I also had one issue today, which was really solved fast. So for the moment I trust the team and the software looks it does what it should 5 of 5 stars.

I gave this a try for a few weeks but ultimately refunded it because it still has a lot of bugs and limitations that make using it difficult.

The first thing to know is that there is some sort of issue with accessing their website and the quiz software for some users. I could not initially access anything and ultimately I had to run a VPN any time I wanted to access the quiz software. Not ideal, but okay. This is a known issue for the developers and one they don't have a fix for.

However, after I spent time building my first quiz, and asked a few people to test it, I realized the issues with access weren't limited to simply the backend, but some of my testers couldn't access the quiz itself.

For me, that automatically makes this software unusable, because you won't know what people are getting error messages rather than the quiz.

Other issues include poor/limited logic options. I used a bunch of workarounds and changed my quiz simply to fit the logic that was available.

The integration with Kit only allowed us to send subscribers based on how they answered an individual question, not based on quiz results (this doesn't make any sense?)

The platform itself is currently unnuanced and if you want to do anything beyond simple quiz forms, you're going to find this software challenging to use.

I think the developers probably have a lot of plans for this software, but if you invest in this for detailed quizzes or heavy use, I think you'll find yourself frustrated. It's simply not really ready for use.

And not knowing who can or cannot access and may get an error message is a deal breaker, in my opinion.
