Cannot login-broken interface
Bought this software so I could make a quiz for a client and now cannot login to it. All it shows is an html backend when I click login from any browser. My business partner also cannot get to the login page. We've tried multiple browsers, computers, our phones...nothing. I reached out to support and they never fixed it. Even on their homepage parts are broken. Getting a refund

The access issue was due to a temporary problem involving our server, domain, and CDN providers. In some regions, certain internet providers were blocking our app at the network level, which caused the admin panel to load incorrectly or not at all in some browsers. This is why the app worked fine when accessed from a different network or connection.
It’s important to clarify that quiz takers and end users were not affected at all. Submitting quiz responses continued to work normally. The issue only impacted access to the admin dashboard.
The problem was infrastructure-related rather than an issue with the app itself, and we’re working closely with our providers to ensure this does not happen again. We understand how disruptive this can be and appreciate your patience.
