Not Reliable for My Needs
I’m sure this software is well intentioned, but I ran into about four different glitches in less than a week. I couldn’t view or use it in Chrome (only Safari), the tier system was unclear regarding CRM integrations and customization, and I was told I could customize scoring with my tier but that turned out not to be true. Embedding the quiz on my WordPress site also didn’t work. I have a tech background and can usually troubleshoot these things, but this experience just wasn’t smooth or usable for me. It may work for others, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

We did investigate each issue you reported in detail. On our side, the app was tested across multiple browsers, devices, and environments, and we weren’t able to reproduce the Chrome issue. In such cases, it’s usually related to local browser settings, extensions, or firewall restrictions, which we communicated during our support conversations.
Regarding scoring and results, after reviewing your quiz, we found that the result logic wasn’t set up correctly. This wasn’t a limitation of your tier or a bug in the system, but we understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations don’t match outcomes, especially when you’re moving quickly.
Embedding on WordPress and CRM integrations are areas we actively support, and our team is always happy to walk through them step by step when needed. We respect that despite the support provided, the experience didn’t meet your expectations.
