Some users can't access the quiz (or quiz software)
I gave this a try for a few weeks but ultimately refunded it because it still has a lot of bugs and limitations that make using it difficult.
The first thing to know is that there is some sort of issue with accessing their website and the quiz software for some users. I could not initially access anything and ultimately I had to run a VPN any time I wanted to access the quiz software. Not ideal, but okay. This is a known issue for the developers and one they don't have a fix for.
However, after I spent time building my first quiz, and asked a few people to test it, I realized the issues with access weren't limited to simply the backend, but some of my testers couldn't access the quiz itself.
For me, that automatically makes this software unusable, because you won't know what people are getting error messages rather than the quiz.
Other issues include poor/limited logic options. I used a bunch of workarounds and changed my quiz simply to fit the logic that was available.
The integration with Kit only allowed us to send subscribers based on how they answered an individual question, not based on quiz results (this doesn't make any sense?)
The platform itself is currently unnuanced and if you want to do anything beyond simple quiz forms, you're going to find this software challenging to use.
I think the developers probably have a lot of plans for this software, but if you invest in this for detailed quizzes or heavy use, I think you'll find yourself frustrated. It's simply not really ready for use.
And not knowing who can or cannot access and may get an error message is a deal breaker, in my opinion.

Feb 3, 2026Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We understand why this experience was frustrating, and we want to address each point clearly and honestly.
Regarding access issues: you’re right that some users were unable to access the app and, in rare cases, quizzes themselves. This was caused by infrastructure-level problems involving our server, domain, and CDN routing, where certain internet providers were blocking requests. As of yesterday, we have fully integrated Cloudflare across our app, and this issue is now resolved. Since the Cloudflare rollout, quizzes and the admin panel are accessible consistently across networks and browsers without requiring a VPN.
To clarify an important point: during the issue, quiz submissions continued to work normally for most users, but we agree that any uncertainty around access is a deal breaker. That’s exactly why this was treated as a top-priority fix.
On logic and flexibility: Quizify currently supports core branching and scoring logic, but we acknowledge that more advanced and nuanced logic options are still evolving. Your feedback aligns with what we’re already improving, and more flexible logic controls are actively being built.
On Kit integration: at the time of your usage, tagging was based on question-level answers. Result-based tagging is something we’re expanding, and your use case is valid. This limitation has already influenced our integration roadmap.
You’re also correct that Quizify is still maturing. We’re building fast, shipping frequently, and being transparent about what’s ready today versus what’s coming next. For simple to moderately complex quizzes, many users are successful already. For very advanced, edge-case-heavy setups, we understand it may not yet meet every expectation.
We respect your decision to refund, and we genuinely appreciate you calling these issues out. Feedback like this directly drives infrastructure upgrades and product improvements, including the Cloudflare integration that’s now live.
