I'm having trouble connecting with the support team using the email provided. Can someone please confirm if support for this product is still available?

A: Hi elisabeth72,
While purchasing on AppSumo, please add 2 additional stack codes in your basket, meaning 1 basic code + 2 additional codes = 3 codes. This will give you 500 leads per month.
Q: I've emailed the support team twice this last week to ask a question and had no response.
I cant believe you dont have basic instructions inside the platform. Even a clear explanation of examples of why you should choose that quiz option (templates are not enough) I am asking HOW to set up multiple emails for the personality quiz, ie each of the 3 personalities get there own email result the quiz setting up is explanitory but the bit at the end has no explanation of what goes where and how to set up emails tags ( i have integrated my crm but can I use multiple tags? I dont know it doesnt say)

Q: I noticed that in the email the prospect gets, there is no mention of my company, it is all about you.
The subject line has your name in it, the body at the top is your logo and the signature has your email and your website. Is there a way to change all of that, they will never be able to reach me. Not just that they have no clue who it even came from.

A: Hi Kevin,
I am glad that there is definitely a way to customize this, and suit your requirements. Under the publish section, you uncheck the box for “send results to respondents” to stop sending results from our email system.
In your CRM (email marketing system), you can create a form, and can put HTML of that form. I sent you a screenshot over your email to help with it.
