Quizzes4leads is a product that allows you to design attractive quizzes. The support is excellent. After a product demo, I was able to quickly set up a quiz and install it in WordPress. The support helps to implement individual design ideas. So far, there are not yet as extensive evaluation options as with GravityForms, for example.
