When I went to redeem this purchase I was faced with a bit of difficulty. It seemed cut and dry and pretty simple but for some reason I was stuck at the "create an account' phase and not matter what I did to create the account, I was not able to do so.

I tried to email support, no response. I tried to find them on social media and finally found them on Facebook and decided to message them there. The support was fantastic and efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done and even helped me to add my codes to the account.

I give customer support five out of five stars for their efficiency and professionalism.

I want to give the app five out of five stars as well. This product is user friendly and works better than the previous survey/quiz building software I have used. It calculates for you and that saves you time and money. It has templates that make the quiz building simple and easy.

If you are wanting to build your email list or gain leads using surveys/quizzes, this product is for you. I may add more codes to my account because I can certainly see this really helping me to expand my business!
