Looked to be an amazing tool...then their support completely disappeared. Their website reads: "Customers ignore emails. Make sure they don't ignore yours"
I find that they have the exact opposite problem, Quokka customers would LOVE an email to let us know what is going on with the product.
The setup for this tool is not very intuitive and well, frankly will leave you with a lot of questions that their knowledge base doesn't answer. But what about customer support, you ask? Nope. 3 emails, FB message, and attempting to connect with the rep on Linkedin have yet to work.
I have been attempting to get some feedback from these guys for well over a week. Nothing gets pulled into my dashboard and when I sent an email to the support email provided it bounced. I have used their intercom chat about half a dozen times and have just been left waiting. So far this has proven to be a waste of both my money and more importantly my time. I have no idea whether the product works or not So, the product has zero support. The product doesn't work. The product is not supported The product has basic technical faults. All in all very disappointed
The offered service is promising. The onboarding process looked easy. Unfortunately, the service doesn't work for me. I connected it to ActiveCampaign. For the first try, I saw some data for a few minutes, then everything disappeared. I asked for support in the chat. The short answer was to connect it again. I did without a result. Tried again, now I can see 11 campaigns out of a few hundred. Facebook connected but had no chance to test. Googled Ads can't be connected (it shows "continue" on the integration page but clicking on it does nothing). Sent a few more messages to the support describing my problem and asking for help three days ago, but no answer so far (the chat shows "unseen"). It's a pity since it could have been a great help in marketing.

Appaling support and a product that doesnt work
