It was one of the best proposal writing and e-signing platforms. What happened? I also see you changed direction and started a new company. So what happens to all of us who invested in Quoters, bought LTDs, and believed in you and your vision for Quoters?
Q: I bought a last-minute code and start testing it immediately.
What I am frustrating was: 1. how to add a color semi-transparent background under the text 2. More options for the pricing table. For example one similar to Appsumo 3. The option to split section, to half or more. Left side - image, the right side text This is only my first impression after 30 minutes of playing with Quoters. I found really limited control of the sections. For example, if I split the section in half, I can imagine the different background colors, different typography etc.
A: Hi Douglas, Sorry for the late reply on this. RTL is on the roadmap, but our team has found some issues on data save and will review it after once some other features have been deployed. Let's hope they can get it to work soon, but I can't tell you any ETA so far :(
Its better to just have a place to put in any webhook end point that way it can integrate with any platform with this capability. (I hate Zapier too btw). I use Zoho Flow.
This definitely needs some integration with CRMs as well like Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce etc so that there is no duplicate entry for customer details.

Q: In the double, we have 3 users.
Can a user create a Quote and save it, so that another user can review it and send it to client?
Also- Is that a superuser mode between users?
This will be helpful if a team member creates a proposal that can be viewed by another senior member to review, and send?
Any business needs its own subscription. So if you are running several businesses, companies or brands, you need more than one subscription. We know this can be a deal-breaker for some people and we totally understand.
Does this mean that even if I stack codes, I still need a separate account / subscription for different domains/brands? i.e., to be able and create different CNAME records like brand1.mycompany.co and brand2.othercompany.com ?

My question is how many can I have in total? In other words:
(1) How much storage is there? (2) If I use this to the max limit for 20 months, will I have 800 proposals in my list of files? (3) If there are these 800 proposals, and I have set them to not expire for a very long time, can I come back and edit them, or can only "40 be active"? (4) Is there a folder system for these proposals? I've been really digging the app, and made a few trial proposals yesterday, but it seems that the organizational issues are going to quickly spiral into choas if there are no folders... I am just missing this, or is this on the roadmap?
One other question, is there any way to make these secure? It seems like anyone with the link can access. Is there a way to lock down proposals so this isn't the case (in which case one would simply send the pdf to the client instead of the link?)

As regards active proposals, I think I can summarize it in just two sentences:
With one code you can create 40 proposals per month, but you can have as many active proposals as your business need. So, yes, you can have 800 proposals in your list.
At this moment, there is no storage limit, but remember you only can add videos from external sites (including your own website) and images are limited to 3mb which is enough both for screen and printers.
As regards folder system, it's in our plans to add some organizational stuff. However, our search engine got a lot of work and you can use filters to find the proposal you need, as you can filter per active or archived, status and even date. Also, search field performs searches all over the proposals, so you can add your client's name and you'll be getting the expected results.
Finally, regarding security, we plan to add some password option. If you want to send over the PDF, you can download and send it to your customers, but you'll be losing the acceptance option :-)

Q: Is it setup so that when I select a pre-created service the associated pricing is automatically added to the final quote?
If not, that would be a significant pain point to fill. None of the other proposal systems allow for that and it is dumbfounding.

Its better to just have a place to put in any webhook end point that way it can integrate with any platform with this capability. (I hate Zapier too btw). I use Zoho Flow.

Not everyone hates Zapier, but I would love Integromat integration.

Let say I have 3 different website/company. I would like to be able to generate quote for each company with its custom domain. Can I do this?
As far as the deal go, I think it is more important to allow more number of proposals versus number of users.

Sure. You Can change your custom domain to a new one at your will.
However, you'll get a new CNAME value that you need to add to your DNS :-)
