Great Asset to Your Business
My business revolves around time management. I have utilised online contract signing programs before. The problem with other online contract signing tools is that while you can upload templates, making subtle variations for each client is time-consuming and clunky.
This is what sets Quoters apart. I love that Quoters allows you to save certain sections of a quote as a template to build a custom quote. OR save standard quotes as a template. The style is sophisticated and easy to use. It has been a great time saver and my clients love it.
It means I can create long complex and involved quotes, or short simple ones easily and build a library of standard rates and information. I can also choose whether or not I need signatory approval.
The only minor downside is that should you/ the client want to download the quote as a PDF, you miss out on the standard document layouts such as page numbers, headers and footers or being able to set where the page breaks. However, the sophisticated styling translates well into the document so this is minor as most of my clients just love the simplicity and ease of an online version.
Customer service and response time are excellent.
Super easy to navigate so an excellent time saving tool. I'm wrapped with this Appsumo purchase.
