I was waiting for a good proposal app and I am happy quoters.io came a long.

At the moment the UI is very straight forward and kept simplistic, which is in many ways great to get into it very easily,

The possibilities to customize your proposals are sufficient and I am sure that the developers will improve further in this area. Anyways you can still achieve a very sleek and fitting proposal that matches your companies CI.

In the area of language translations and e-mail customization there is still room for improvement. I wish there were more possibilities to customize this yourself. For example the German e-mail that is send after your customer approval is not professional.
First, bad generic German, second, and that includes other languages, too, there are two http:// links in the e-mail (http://tracking.quoters.io)... For example my e-mail provider is blocking this email from being delivered (spam) because it includes none https:// links.
Additionally we need to be able to customize the e-mail subject, as of now it always states "Proposal", what if it is a just a contract I need my clients to sign? In this case you should have the option to change the e-mail subject to "Contract" otherwise you will always have the odd client that gets confused and if that is not the case you will have to explain yourself in advance that this is to be ignored...

Other than that I am really excited and I am still giving 5 stars in the hope that the developers will consider these "small" but important suggestions and improvements.
