Great tool
This looks like a very promising tool. It needs some refinement, but I've been using it almost daily since getting the deal which I believe speaks a lot about its usefulness.
Most of the refinements have been addressed on previous reviews and I agree with most of them, so I will just share the ones affecting me directly.
Pros:
- The quoting system is very useful. I really like the way costs can be included. It's been helpful when adjusting offers/discounts and new services for clients.
- For my needs, it seems to cover all the basics I was already working with before, coming from BetterProposals.
Cons:
- Editor could use a bit more refining. For example, choosing a cover background image from their stock is very easy, but the image won't be tinted/faded, so depending on that your text won't be readable. You can use your own edited images, of course, but it adds time and effort.
- Table of Contents: I really hope they address this, since some clients or job positions would like to jump straight to what they find most important (offer, contract, pricing, timelines, etc.).
- Multiple contacts: It handles sending the proposal to one contact, which is not a big deal but can be cumbersome keeping track of who and when visited a particular proposal.
- Zapier integration is nice, but I hope they add an actual API for more flexibility.
All in all, I really recommend Quoters.io, specially for anyone still using Word / Excel / Google Docs or even their CRM's quoting module if they want to quickly provide amazing proposals to their clients.

We'll sure be working on those cons (upgrading the editor and table of contents for sure). Also, we plan to add some more integrations as well as custom placeholders (that could be a potential "multiple contact" issue solution). We'll be updating you :)
