I purchased a license on 09/26, and nothing is working for Twitter. I've sent 10 emails and received only one reply: 'we're working on it'... three weeks ago.
Q: Why do I need to use my OpenAI api? Didnt I just bought the second tier which has 7000 credits?
Basically I was in the first tier, and I bought the second tier seeing you guys have 7000 credits. But not that I bought it, I feel like I got downgraded instead of an upgraded version.
Please tell me why there is a limit of 7000credits , if Im using my own api. Or why do I need to use my OpenAI api, when I have 7000 credits?

A period is missing, which needs to be manually added. Why is grammar incorrect with the missing period?

If you're not a heavy user - tier 1 is very generous 3,000 credits should last the full month
Q: I purchased the lifetime deal, but it's still showing as a free plan and asking to upgrade.
I send already 2 messages about the free/LTD failure...
Still no go..;still only a free plan use of the application

Same issue here, this is not recognizing my LTD. Which feeback in which dashboard are you refering to, I can´t se anyone.
